1. Navigate to your Appointible account
- Click the Marketing dropdown in the left side panel of the screen.
- Click the "Campaigns" button.
2. Create a new campaign
Click the "Create campaign" button.
3. Create a name for the campaign
Then click "Continue." The new campaign is now saved as Draft - you can edit it as long as you want or even return to it the next day.
4. Select campaign recipients
With the "Recipients" dropdown, select a client list or segment you created before. Only clients who subscribe to a list and have Marketing Consent set as YES will receive your marketing messages. Clients can reply STOP, and they will unsubscribe automatically. To resubscribe, they should text START.

5. Add a text message
-
Go to the second Content step
- Select a phone number if your account has multiple telephone numbers assigned.
- Add the message. You are limited to 918 symbols, but consider that a single text message is 160 symbols. If a single SMS costs 2¢ cents, then 161 symbols are two text messages and would cost 4¢ cents.
- In the US / Canada, it is required, and in other regions, adding a business name as a message prefix is recommended. The opt-out language is always required.
- After you finish with the text message content, click "Next."
6. Review the campaign before sending, and click "Next" to continue
7. Send now or schedule for later
Lastly, you can send the campaign immediately or schedule to send it later. If you choose to send it now, click the "Send now" button.
8. Plan the campaign sending time
-
Select the time and date.
-
Select the time zone.
-
And finally, click "Schedule campaign."
9. Campaign status
While the campaign sending process is incomplete, you can cancel the campaign by clicking the "Cancel campaign" button.
Note that the text messages that already were sent to recipients are delivered and can't be unsent.
