1. Navigate to your Appointible account

1. Click the Marketing dropdown on the left side panel of the screen.

2. Click the "Keywords" button.

1. Think of the name that conveys the most marketing messages that will be sent.

2. Choose the list that the person will subscribe to.

3. Type in the auto-respond message.

You can see the preview on the right side for a marketing list subscriber.

4. Keyword list

You can create different keywords for different marketing lists.

5. To download the QR code

1. Click the three dots next to the keyword.

2. Click the "Download QR code" button.

6. When the client scans the QR code, it will open their messages, making it easy to subscribe

To unsubscribe from the marketing messages, people can send "STOP" to the same number.

7. Using the QR code:

• Publish out the QR code on a brochure or your business card.

• Print it out as a sticker on your front desk or the entrance door.

• Show the QR code on the TV screen in your waiting room.

• Post the QR code to your website and social media accounts.
