1. Permissions
You will have the Calendar menu on the phone screen bottom only if you have access to your Personal Calendar or All Calendars.
2. The initial view
A. The current date is selected right when you open the app.
B. You can view all available service provider's calendars (if you have permission).
3. Calendar modes
Tap the filter symbol in the upper left corner.
You can select calendar mode from:

Day view;
-
Week view;
-
Workweek view;
-
Schedule view.
4. Dates

If you tap the field marked nr.1, the month's calendar will open (see step 5).

Tap the calendar symbol marked nr. 2 to return to the current date quickly.

Navigate between weeks, swiping left and right (field marked nr. 3).
5. You can select a specific date in this calendar.
Swipe left or right to navigate between different months.
6. Tap the symbol in the top right corner of the screen - service providers filter
It filters out which service provider's calendars you will see
You can filter service providers by:

All;
-
Available;
-
Include unassigned
7. Search appointments
Tap the search symbol on the top of the screen.

8. Add a new appointment

Tap the plus symbol at the bottom right corner, or hold on to the desired time slot.

9. Reserve a time block during busy times

Tap the plus symbol at the bottom right corner.

Then tap the "Add busy time" button or press on the time cell.
