Important for the Appointible Pro plan users:

With the Appointible Pro plan, you have two-way text messages, allowing your clients to reply after receiving a reminder.

Client reminders can be sent outside the US and Canada.

Multiple client reminders can be configured.

Log in to your account.

Click "Addons" in the main menu.
Note: You should have permission to do so.
2. Find the "Client Reminders" app and click the "Configure" button
3. Create a new or edit an existing client reminder

By default, your account will have a single client reminder rule created after signup. Click on it or the pencil symbol to edit an existing client reminder rule.

Click the "New rule" button to create a new client reminder.
4. Configure the first 24-hour client reminder

Click the "New rule" button.

Make sure that the "Is automation rule enabled?" is ON.

Configure conditions when the client reminder should be sent. The default is 24 hours.

Optional: add conditions to be more specific about who should receive this reminder:

Send reminders only if a particular type of service was booked.

Send reminders only for appointments booked in an exact business location.

Send reminders only if the appointment confirmation status is still penciled in and the appointment still needs to be confirmed.

Add the text message. You can personalize it with client and appointment fields like client name, appointment service name, and similar.

Select the phone number from which this client reminder will be sent.

Finish by clicking "Save"
5. Go back and click "New rule" to create another one
6. Create the second 1-hour client reminder
Now, create the second client reminder. It will be used to share additional information one hour before the booked appointment to inform the new clients where to park their car.

Click the "New rule" button.

Make sure that the "Is automation rule enabled?" is ON.

Add conditions:
a. WHEN appointment is the upcoming 1 hour.
b. AND client status is New.

Add the text message. You can personalize it with client and appointment fields like client name, appointment service name, and similar.

Choose the phone number from which the reminders will be sent.

Finish by clicking "Save"
7. You can see if the reminder is scheduled for an appointment in the calendar
Click on the scheduled appointment to see its details. The telephone icon with the date and time indicates the upcoming client reminder that will be sent for this appointment.
8. You can see scheduled messages in the Logbook list
Click the "Logbook" button in the left sidebar.
