1. Go to Calendar

Find the service provider you need to update working hours.

If the service provider you seek is not visible in the calendar, check the calendar filter and select the required service providers.

Click on the small pencil near working hours.
2. Update working hours

Select that the service provider is working on the given day.

Update working hours for the given day. You can create multiple from - to intervals.

Optional: If your business has multiple locations, you can select the business location in which the service provider will work.

Click the "Confirm" button to save changes.
If all week working schedule should be updated, not a single day working hours, just click the "Adjust working hours" button.
3. Select a service provider as not available

Find the service provider you need to update working hours.

Uncheck the checkbox 'Is working on...'

Click the "Confirm" button to save changes.
If all week working schedule should be updated, not a single day working hours, just click the "Adjust working hours" button.
4. The warning message when a service provider is not available
You will get a warning message when you try to book an appointment with a service provider who is not working or is unavailable.
