How do I find historical client messages?

1. Navigate to your Appointible account

Click the 'Clients' button on the left side panel.

2. Search your client

Use the search field to find a desired client.

3. Select the client

4. Click on the 'Conversations' tab

5. Here, you can see all previous chats with a client.
