With the Basic and Growth plans, you have only one-way client reminders.
Reminders are supported for sending to the US and Canada.
If you want to send reminders to other countries, upgrade to the Pro plan.
1. Navigate to Appointible Apps
Log in to your account.
Click 'Apps' in the main menu.
Note that you should have Apps permission.
2. Find the "Client Reminders" app and click the 'Configure' button
3. Enabling client reminders
By default, your account will have a single client reminder rule created after your signup. Click on it or the pencil symbol to edit the client reminder rule.
4. Editing client reminders automation rule
Make sure the "Is automation rule enabled?" switch is ON.
Select the best time to send appointment reminders. Usually, it is 24 hours.
Finish by clicking 'Save'.
While your account is on the Basic or Growth plan, please contact our support to update the client reminder text or to add more automation rules.
