How do I find a client by name or phone number?

1. Navigate to appointible.com

Log in to your account and click the "Clients" button, which is located in the left sidebar.

2. Use the search field to search by name

3. Use the search field to search by partial phone number

4. Use filter by "Type"

By type, clients can be:

Returning - those who had used your services once before and decided to book with you again;

Lapsed - someone who hasn't made a purchase or interacted with your brand within a set timeframe;

New - a client booking your services for the first time. When they book an appointment for the second time, it will automatically change to "Returning"

5. Use filter by "VIP and Non-VIP"
