1. Navigate to appointible.com
Log in to your account and click the "Clients" button, which is located in the left sidebar.
2. Click on "Add client"
3. Enter the primary details regarding the new client
You are required to provide a new client's phone number or email. It will be used to communicate with a client.
Client type (client status). At first, it will be marked as New, but it will automatically change to Returning for their second appointment.
Also, you can select the checkbox if the client is VIP, which will show a little star next to their name (check out this tutorial to learn how to indicate your VIP clients: https://appointible.zendesk.com/knowledge/editor/01HCC8MECYWWV91G534Z9D3GHY/en-us?brand_id=10154934357777).
4. Select the checkboxes for notifications the client agreed to receive
*SMS Notifications mean they will receive appointment reminders and updates via text messages.
**Email Notifications mean they will receive appointment reminders and updates via the provided email.
5. Select the checkbox if the client agrees to receive marketing messages
