With the Appointible SMS Marketing addon, you will bring your text (SMS) marketing initiatives to life, hold two-way conversations using text messages, and automate client nurturing with text marketing.

2. You can send your customers text messages (SMS), and they can reply. A single inbox in Appointible keeps all customer conversations in one place and allows anyone from your team to answer questions instead of maintaining communication on a mobile phone's messenger.
3. Enable SMS marketing and send text messages in bulk. SMS marketing campaigns allow sending a text message to all or a segment of customers. 

What are the steps to get onboarded?

Let me very quickly go over the process and share steps to get onboarded to the Appointible SMS Marketing addon:

1. First, your account should be on the Appointible Pro or Appointible Growth plan. You can check your current plan at app.appointible.com -> Settings -> Billing.
2. Then, in the main menu, select Addons and select the SMS Marketing add-on.
3. Provide your company details and submit the Appointible SMS Marketing Onboarding Form
4. After reviewing the submitted data, we register your brand and assign your account a dedicated phone number. The onboarding process usually takes 3-5 working days to complete.
5. If additional information is needed, we will contact you immediately to discuss text messaging, telephone numbers, or company details.

Fees

1. The company brand and telephone number registration fee is $50.00 one-time.
2. The monthly telephone number fee is $4.00 per month.
